A memorial hall where three people were gunned down is still on the loose.
The bodies of three people shot to death inside the Memorial Hall in East Baltimore have been found, police said Wednesday.
The victims were identified as 24-year-old Dwayne Moore, 29-year, and 20-year old Ashley Thomas.
The killings happened early Tuesday morning.
Baltimore Police Commissioner Kevin Davis told reporters that the killings happened in the Memorial House, a small, enclosed area in the center of the Memorial Park that houses the city’s police academy.
The three victims, Moore, Thomas and 28-year “C.J.,” were shot at close range as they stood in front of the building.
The victims were taken to the University of Maryland Medical Center, where they were pronounced dead, Davis said.
The cause of death has not been released.
The Memorial Hall was built in the 1960s and features two marble statues of former Baltimore Mayor Charles H. “Doc” Camm.
The statue is located on the first floor of the Lincoln House, where it was recently remodeled.
